Leader Armstrong has influenced from the weak members to strong members of Vivacious Xiamen through a very difficult times. They helped him learn something what he should have done differently.
Tosaku
He gives Armstong a lot of creeps about how he knew the future is coming in his cards. He is accepted by Armstrong and lets Armstrong know that he does not need to get mad at his death in the future.
He died few months ago in the issue (Power Boy Sect series) in which surprised Armstrong to remember a long time ago he told Armstrong not to get mad at him for his death in the future. Armstrong informed his sister what happened to him and explained from what Tosaku told him things in the future about his death. Mikado told Armstrong there is no such as a thing he can make possible things in the future and assumed him of having a guilty for what's happening to her brother's death.
Mikado
She accepts Armstrong as her friend for long time. Later she discovered about the death of Tosaku and lost a trust in Armstrong. She questioned Armstrong's leadership and blamed him for leaving Tosaku die alone fighting all these powerful aliens--the Strangers. She told Armstrong that her brother could have survived if Armstrong and his team come to assist him by stopping the alien--Strangers. She seemed not to forgive him. She became Armstrong's foe because of her brother died in Armstrong's hand.
